Warranty

Posted on 28 Jan at 10:21

At VENTI Group Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We proudly offer a 10-year warranty on all our units, providing you with peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.

Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Complete the Warranty Claim Form

To initiate a warranty claim, please complete the warranty claim form. This form is essential for processing your request efficiently. Ensure that all fields are filled out accurately, including:

  • Product Model and Serial Number
  • Purchase Date
  • Description of the Issue.

Depending on the issue described, we may contact you further for images/videos that will give additional context to the problem or fault experienced.

Step 2: Return the Unit for Inspection

Once the form is completed, return the unit to VENTI Group Ltd for a thorough inspection. Please follow these guidelines:

  • Packaging: Ensure the unit is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Shipping: Use a reliable shipping service to send the unit to our designated address. Retain the shipping receipt for your records.

Inspection and Warranty Coverage

Upon receiving the unit, our team will conduct a detailed inspection. If the unit is found to be covered under warranty, we will provide one of the following remedies at no cost to you:

  • Repair: We will repair the unit using genuine parts and restore it to full working condition.
  • Replacement: If repair is not feasible, we will replace the unit with a new one and ship it to a UK mainland address.

If the Unit is Not Covered

In the event that the unit is determined to be not covered under warranty, we will provide you with:

  • Detailed Explanation: A clear explanation of why the unit is not eligible for warranty coverage.
  • Repair/Replacement Quote: A quotation for the cost of repairing or replacing the unit, should you choose to proceed.

Replacement Purchases

If you have already purchased a replacement unit while waiting for the warranty inspection, we will issue a credit for the original unit if it is found to be covered under warranty. If the original unit is not covered, no credit will be issued, and the invoice for the replacement will remain payable.

Collection of Goods

Once the inspection report is issued, you will have 14 days to collect the goods from our facility. After this period, if we do not hear from you, the goods will be disposed of responsibly.

Customer Support

For any questions or further assistance regarding our warranty policy, please do not hesitate to reach out to our dedicated customer service team. We are here to help you navigate the warranty process and ensure your satisfaction.
